Me (Brian):  What can I say, I like to explore the world of cuisine, I’m a culinary explorer, but that doesn’t mean I rough it (I guess that’s what I can say).  I like to combine the latest techniques, gadgets and skill with a touch of old world flavour and flare.  I like restaurants that give me something I’ve never had before or in a way I’ve never experienced.

Katt:  I suppose you could call me Brian’s culinary first mate.  I may not be the one to blaze new trails in my cooking but my passion is in redefining the classics.  Classics to me range from a twist on French cuisine to elevating simple pub grub to a new and exciting place.  As an avid world traveler I believe that a regions food and flavours can transport you back to another time and place.  Cooking is my way to take you on a journey with me, and eating is a way for me to see where other chef’s have been and want to share.
