Ok, anyone that shops at Williams-Sonoma already knows they tend to be a bit pricey and at $14.00 for 7.9oz these Panini Spreads are no exception. Made exclusively for Williams-Sonoma these spreads are pre-made bottled versions of the condiments that are found within the pages of the ‘wichcraft book. For instance, the recipe I listed from the cookbook called for the Balsamic Onion Marmalade that is one of the three spreads available. Also represented at Williams-Sonoma are a green olive tapenade and a tomato relish. While all three are perfect for a sandwich they would do equally well on a burger or perhaps just eaten on a cracker as a hors d’oeuvres.
