After the overwhelming success of the whole chicken in a can, I went off on a magical journey through the exciting world of in a can food where I eventually ran into this. Its Yoder’s Bacon in a can, this 100% US bacon has a shelf life of over 10 years which it probably a lot longer than you would live after eating it. Apparently this marks a triumphant return for canned bacon after Celebrity brand canned bacon was axed (what where they crazy?) 20 years ago by Kmart, I guess this explains their finacial troubles. Available now exclusively through MREDepot. I feel there is nothing left for me to say other than hit the jump to see canned bacon in all it’s glory.
I do believe survivors of the post nuclear apocalyptic fallout would be greatly appreciative of this product, as everyone knows radioactively mutagenic pigs dont take kindly to being made into bacon, could have have made the can more difficult to find in the debris?
