A Backwoods Chubby upright water cooker that is! Nothing I like more at Flavourgasmic than smoking and this entry level model from Backwoods Smoker is still big enough to swallow up 12 slabs of baby back ribs, 8 slabs of St. Louis style ribs, 4 slabs of spare ribs, 2 to 3 large briskets or 4 to 6 Boston butts. Able to hold approximately 10 pounds of charcoal the smoker will provide between 6-10 hours of cooking time depending on temperature. Base price for the Chubby is $845, and goes up depending on features, such as the $275 BBQ Guru Computer control with Pit Viper fan. Hit the link for more pictures and info.

Not since d’Artagnan and the Three Musketeers defeated the Cardinal’s guards has sword play been so much fun. The thick wood handle means you will never loose your grip on your meat and the stainless steel hilt is sure to protect your hand from squirting juices and the heat of the grill. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the mask in the picture is included for free, what better way to protect your identity as you pierce the steak of evil men and steal off into the night.
