There it is, the balls that have been on my mind for months. Don’t ask me why, I just get this way about kitchen gadgets. I get a particular item stuck in my head and I convince myself that no other tool will work. Why a ball whisk you ask? Lets find out. 
See that picture up there? Thats foam forming baby, simply put a foam is just air trapped in a liquid or a solid. Why do I mention this? Because in order to make those rocking squid strawberry ice candies I had to create some squid foam.
